The technique is simple and easy to perform. Take the roller in your hands and fix the body in a pose on all fours, place the projectile on outstretched arms under the shoulders. As you exhale, roll the roller forward, dragging the body behind your hands to a horizontal position. Hold for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise several times.
