I sell gardening land

I sell a plot of land of 12 acres for individual gardening. Near the lake, near the forest. A site on a slope with fertile soil (alkaline, clayey black soil). Water does not stagnate. Growing wild strawberries, mother and stepmother, young walnut seedlings.
